  CompuCover does not accept credit cards for international shipment.

  All international shipments from CompuCover must be fully insured for the value of the shipment.

• The default shipper for CompuCover is the United Parcel Service (UPS). We can also ship via FedEx, DHL, and others upon request.

• The quantity displayed is also real time inventory figures. These numbers are updated in real time when you request the item's page.

• If there are none of your requested items in inventory you will be given the next date that we expect some inventory to be available.

• If you are shown an N/A in the quantity, this could mean that the item has been discontinued or we do not anticipate having any more of this item.

• NOTE: It is possible that another customer might order an item that you are looking at on your screen. This activity would not show on your display unless you refreshed your screen.

• Unopened products may be returned within thirty (15) days from date of invoice to be accepted for refund. Only products suitable for resale will be eligible for refund. All disk, CD-Roms, and other media must be unopend with the seal intact to be eligible for refund.

• NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED BY COMPUCOVER WITHOUT A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) send an e-mail message to "returns@compucover.com". This number must appear prominently on the outside of the box.

• Non-defective products will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. In order for a refund to be issued the returned items must be 100% complete. All returned products must be in original and resellable condition with all manuals, software, packaging and regestration cards included.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• All other sales are final.

All our servers are protected by "Secure Socket Layers" (SSL) which prevent anyone from getting at valuable information during the on-line ordering process. All personal data is fully encrypted which renders it useless to anyone other than the intended recipient.

• Transactions between you and CompuCover Inc. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This site is controlled and operated by CompuCover Inc. from its offices within the State of Florida, United States of America. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with laws governing export of software and other applicable laws, including local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and CompuCover Inc. shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Escambia or Okaloosa County, Florida and Customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
